Call to Schedule a TelePhone Appointment: You’re appointment will be by phone call. We will call you when it is time for your appointment at the number you provide.
Please note before scheduling: If you are needing to schedule an appointment for any controlled substance (ADHD meds, pain, etc.) it has to be an in-clinic appointment. Dr. Turk can not and will not prescribe controlled substances without seeing a new patient in person for the first time. We have seen an increase in these type of requests so we want to be as clear as possible.
