Can Turk Express Care treat my illness/injury or do I need to visit the ER?
If you feel that your condition is life-threatening, you need to be seen in a hospital Emergency Room (ER) and should call 9-1-1. The ER treats life-threatening medical conditions, such as chest pains, severe wounds or amputations. Urgent care centers treat conditions that need immediate attention but are not life or limb threatening.
How do I schedule a TeleTurk telephone appointment?
Click Here to Schedule a TeleTurk Virtual Appointment and answer a few short questions about yourself and the reason for your visit. All new patients are required to complete the New Patient Information Form prior to receiving a TeleTurk call.
Why didn't I receive my TeleTurk call?
When you schedule a TeleTurk Telephone Appointment you will receive your call from the phone number 682-478-5881 in between the hours of 2pm-5pm on the day you choose.
TeleTurk Telephone appointments are done in between in-clinic appointments, therefor you may not receive a call at the exact time you choose when you schedule the telephone appointment online.

What types of insurance do you accept?

How do I pay for my visit?
We accept cash, debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
What can a Nurse Practitioner do for me?
In addition to diagnosing and treating illnesses, they treat minor emergencies and chronic diseases and perform in office procedures, such as removing toenails and stitching wounds. They have the ability to prescribe medications as well.
They are unique in that their focus is on health promotion, disease prevention and health education which can lower long term health care costs for you.

All data entered within our application is securely and privately stored. Your password and other important data are protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol—the same type of security used by banks.
