Meet the Providers
Dr. Jay Turk, MD
Dr Jay Turk MD is a board-certified family physician with over 25 years of experience. Dr. Turk graduated from Texas Tech University College of Medicine in 1993. He is board certified in Family practice as well as Sleep medicine.
Shelley Turk, FNP
Shelley Turk is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). She graduated from Midwestern State University in 2007, where she received a bachelors degree in nursing science. For seven years Shelley worked as a registered nurse (RN). In 2011 Shelley went back to school to earn her masters degree in family nurse practitioner from the University of Texas in Arlington.
